Guarantee Disclaimer

Our "3 closed deals in 90 days or we keep working for free" guarantee is subject to all conditions that must all be met: (1) Content is scripted, recorded and posted as agreed; (2) we run your ad campaigns at a minimum spend of $50 per day; (3) you show up to consultations booked through the system. Clients running under $50/day minimum spend are not covered under the guarantee — this is disclosed upfront. The guarantee means we continue working with you at no additional charge until the result is reached. It does not constitute a cash refund or payment reversal.

Ad Spend Notice

Ad spend is a separate cost paid directly to Facebook/Instagram (Meta). It is not included in the program fee. Recommended minimum to qualify for the guarantee is $50/day ($1,500/month). Actual ad spend required may vary by market and campaign performance.

Meta Housing Policy Notice

All advertising campaigns run on behalf of real estate clients are operated under Meta's Special Ad Category: Housing. This means campaigns do not use age, gender, zip code, or certain demographic targeting options. Campaigns are run in compliance with the Fair Housing Act and Meta's non-discrimination advertising policies.
